I thought the houses in Dallas were built in the 60s, but I found that most of them were actually built in 1955. Most of the Long Beach, CA, homes were built in 1953. Houses in other parts of California (and across the country) were built in the mid-to-late 50s, 60s and even the 70s. I found it amazing that his first home was built in 1931 when he was 23 years old, so some of the houses on the registry were built in the 1930s and 1940s.
