Crate and Barrel does architectural planters

If you love the look of vintage Architectural Pottery but don't want to pay top dollar for it, you might consider this alternative.

Crate and Barrel's Dundee floor planter is handcrafted of iron with an antique bronze finish. It is 10" (25.4 cm) in diameter and stands 9" (23 cm) tall. Tripod stands in two heights...29" (73.6 cm) and 24" (61 cm) are available for the Dundee.

The planter with tall stand is $69.95, and the planter with short stand is $59.95. The planter can also be bought separately for $35. While not vintage, these pieces certainly have great lines and a strong vintage vibe and would look fantastic in any modern home.

I really want some of these!

  1. Ohhh yes please, great looking pieces. Also nice to see a planter that stands off the ground - most sit on the floor but these would look great!

    1. I love the bronze metal and flat legs...a slightly different twist on the original ceramic pots and stands.
