Harry Bertoia jewelry

Before Harry Bertoia ever designed his first piece of furniture, he studied jewelry and metalworking at the Cranbrook Academy. His designs became very popular in the local community, and he was asked by Charles and Ray Eames to design their wedding rings in 1941.

By the 1950s, Bertoia had become more interested in sculpture and industrial design. Today his original jewelry is rare, but the Harry Bertoia Store still reproduces his most popular pieces.

  1. LOVE THIS! I love Bertoia's designs and the jewelry is fantastic. I had no idea there was a Harry Bertoia Store. You're so bad, Dana.... making me want something I absolutely d̶o̶n̶'̶t̶ NEED! :-) The second brooch is my favorite. Great bit of trivia about the Eames.

    1. Everyone should have a wish list. That way, you're prepared when you want to do something nice for yourself. :)
