Walnut Creek Eichler for sale

The house is 1543 square feet, and, as you would expect from an Eichler, it has beautiful walls of glass and great landscaping. The property is listed at $830,000.

    I would expect a much higher price for California. That price is about what a house like that would sell for around here in Florida.
    Great house. I like the openess, and I would love to have a kitchen like that.

      In the Dallas/Fort Worth area, paying $538 per sf is almost unheard of for a house that small. I'd guess that a house here that's comparable in location, style and size would run in the range of $175-250 per sf or less.

    Great furniture and kitchen. Not sold on the exposed concrete? floor though.
