  3. Looks well kept yards. How many houses in this subdivision and any well known architects designed these?

    1. The yards are extremely well kept. It's unusual to see one that even needs mowing, as most people have lawn services. I'm not sure how many homes are in the neighborhood proper. There are about 25 streets, I'd guess an average of about 5 blocks each, with the through-streets being longer. There are about 30 houses on our block. I haven't researched the area well enough to know if there were any well-known architects involved in the development, but I'm guessing there might have been.

  4. I just found your blog- I love all the different houses you posted. It actually reminds me a lot of my neighborhood in Austin. I feel like I'm seeing midcentury modern pretty much everywhere these days, even Target (?!?)

    1. Austin has some great mid-century homes. We're lucky they've been preserved in our cities.

  5. Their manager rocks! Thanks to their great team, I'm so happy I choose this venue for my event! I had a great time at event venues Seattle and think the atmosphere is as good as it gets. I will be astonished if I ever find a negative review on these guys.
