In the store: Chairs, chairs, chairs...and a couple of tables

I've been so busy moving that I've neglected the store a little. In my absence (mentally, if not physically), things have not been standing still, not by a long shot. It seems that chairs have been in abundance, with an occasional table or two popping up. Take a look:

Recliner by Milo Baughman for James
Sold before we could even get it posted!

As pretty open as closed...

Erik Kirkegaard chairs

Niels O. Møller chairs

Erik Buck style chairs

Mahogany side tables by Edward Wormley for Dunbar

PS: Sorry this originally had no photos. What with visits by Grandson #1's teacher and the plumber, I got sidetracked, and an incomplete post that I thought I had plenty of time to finish went live automatically.

  1. I could use that Milo Baughman recliner, the leg rest is a nice surprise.

    1. That's probably the best recliner design I've ever seen.

  2. The Niels O. Møller chairs have a pretty fun little pop of color. Things still pretty busy at the old homestead?

    1. I love the color too. Yep, we're in the finishing up stage now, where we're tying up all the loose ends, but it's almost over...yay!!!

  4. The #1 Teacher and the Plumber sounds like a great title for a Harlequin Romance! The chairs are so awesome. We have a "no chairs" rule in my house because they are so tempting and we have no more room.

    1. I can picture the novel cover already! :)

I kinda have a thing for chairs too. It's dangerous for me to be around too many of them at one time, because I want to bring them all home with me.

  5. Hi Dana! The Erik Buck style chairs are fantastic. I've never seen an armchair recliner quite like that first picture. Very cool.

    1. The Erik Buck chairs sold super fast, so someone else thought they were fantastic too. I don't know why recliners aren't made with mechanisms like the Baughman chair by every company that manufactures modern furniture. They're so much more attractive than chairs that actually look like recliners.

  6. Are you literally stuck in the rut of your cushy, oversize power recliner? If you’re shopping for a sleeker recliner to spruce up the family room or to replace Dad’s old brown clunker, you’ll find more power-reclining options and more leather-substitute. Try reclining chair from bestrecliner.net
