Erin's quote sums up us and our house to a T. Everything in it has a story (except our beds and the white-goods which are new - and they've got stories too I guess...) Sometimes A and I reminisce about where we found things - usually what street verge the were on ;)
I didn't know he was in cahoots with you. I thought you "verge-shopped" alone. That's a really interesting thing to learn about him. I'm glad you have those smemories to share with each other. I really do think it makes our possessions more valuable to us when there's a story.
Well, for me it becomes obsession and hoarding. It was different when I lived in an old house with character.
