Do you have any information about this chair? My daughter and SIL bought it about three years ago at an estate sale, and it's one of their favorite pieces, but it remains unidentified. Help!!
Update: Turns out it was an Ib Kofod-Larsen chair. They sold it before they realized what it was.
I don't know anything about it except that I sure do love it! You have some really beautiful pieces.
ReplyDeleteIt was one of their splurges right before they moved into their 1952 home, and I don't think they've ever regretted buying it. I just love their built-ins and their floor, which they had refinished before moving in.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of beautiful furniture, I look at photos of your pieces and do a great impression of Pavlov's dog. :)
If you ever find out, ask them who made my chairs!

Barbara, those are fantastic chairs. Now you have me curious about them!
ReplyDeleteI love that chair! I think yellow is one of the best choices for mid-century modern upholstery. And I totally have that magazine rack, only mine is tastelessly crammed way too full. This house has too much paper in it...
ReplyDeleteI know Atomic Ranch does that feature where you send them a photo of an unidentified piece of furniture and they have an expert tell you what it could be. Might be worth a shot!
Absolutely love this chair!!! If you ever want to sell you know where to find me ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks! I love them, and the fact I got all of them for $140. Wish I knew more about them!
