Perhaps the candle craze of the 90s has run its course, but I think Danish Modern candleholders have a classic beauty that never goes out of style. My favorites are teak and walnut.

I also love chrome, pewter, stainless and black cast iron. I'm not picky.

My favorite tapers are the tiny 1/4" diameter ones, but they're fairly hard to find. I've recently found them in a great selection of colors in 6", 12", 15" and 18" heights at
Crafted Candles.

ReplyDeleteI see so many candle holders I want, I have to restrain myself, because there is only so much tabletop to display on!
ReplyDeleteI just found two holders like the ones in libby71's photostream. Do you know what kind of wood it is? I love every last candle holder you showed here.
ReplyDelete@Midcenturymadam: All the ones I've found are made of teak. Those are my favorites!
