Take a look at these great new versions of Danish designer Ole Jensen's kitchen tools. Made famous in earthenware, they're now available in Melamine. I'd wake up happy every morning with these in my kitchen.

Gorgeous - love it all :). Tina
ReplyDeleteI've got to buy that colander!
DeleteOh they are very cool. Love that butterscotch color too.
ReplyDeleteI think that color is great too. A kitchen full of these pieces would be so cheerful.
DeleteSo much nicer than the plain old boring melamine in WallyWorld and everywhere else.
ReplyDeleteThis really has some style.
DeleteLove it! I grew up with melamine in the '60's. :)
ReplyDeleteI did too, and then I had Texasware as a newlywed in the late 60s and early 70s. That stuff lasts forever. I have two Texasware mixing bowls that have lasted since 1968. I wonder if these pieces would have such a good track record.
DeleteOh you read my mind. I was searching on eBay for melamine serving trays. Didn't find anything I love but need more trays for under plants and to ground my glass ... so it doesn't get lost on surfaces. I need to keep my eyes peeled.
ReplyDeleteI'm such a sucker for kitchen stuff. I don't know why...I'm the laziest cook in the world these days, since I'm just cooking for one. Still, I want to have cool kitchen gadgets. If I see any neat trays, I'll let you know.
DeleteLOVE THEM!!! especially the yellow/ butterscotch ones!! I really have a thing for anything yellow with a 70s twist these days:-)
ReplyDeleteThat seems to be everyone's favorite color, mine included. I don't have much yellow in my house, but I'd make room for some if I bought a few of those pieces.
