We're happy to announce the opening of our Etsy shop for all our friends who live too far away to visit us in the store.
It has been in the "talking stage" for a while, but we have received so many requests from around the country that we decided it was time to make it a reality. I have a lot of work ahead of me, because I need to take tons of photos of all the items from different angles and add more details to the descriptions. I only have the simplest of listings posted, and they will be expanded as I have time. You might know I'd start to work on the Etsy store right at the beginning of school when I have so many other projects going...but I seem to work best under pressure! :)
So far, we've only listed smalls, but furniture may be coming soon, once we get comfortable with the Etsy process. We've been very pleased with the traffic and the response we've received in the first 36 hours.
Here are a few of the items we've listed, many of which are already on favorite lists:
Hanging ashtray |
Black desk lamp |

ReplyDeleteCool Daddio! You always have the best stuff in your shop and Etsy store makes perfect sense. Much luck on the new endeavor.
ReplyDeletecool! i'll have to check it out, often!
ReplyDeleteGood to hear that you are now an etsy seller, will definitely check out your shop. Cheers!
ReplyDelete@Flo: Thanks! I still need to take loads of pics, because on our website, all we really need to do is pique someone's curiosity enough to get them to come in...but on Etsy, people really deserve to see what they're buying. Now I just need to find time to take that many pictures and expand descriptions!
ReplyDelete@DearHelenHartman, Bandita and I dream lo-tech: Thanks for the good wishes as we start down yet another road!
